In Tom Green County, San Angelo anchors everything — from the older neighborhoods near Angelo State and downtown to the newer construction pushing out past Loop 306 — with Grape Creek to the northwest toward O.C. Fisher Lake, Christoval to the south along the South Concho River, and the farming community of Wall to the east. To the northeast, Runnels County gives us Miles, just up U.S. 67, and Ballinger, the county seat where U.S. 67 meets U.S. 83 along the Colorado River, with its historic downtown and older homes. To the southwest, Irion County centers on Mertzon, seat of a spread-out ranching community where reliability matters more than anywhere.
Each of those places asks something slightly different of an HVAC company — metal-building cooling in Wall, historic ductwork in Ballinger, remote reliability around Mertzon, dusty open-country systems in Grape Creek.
